Practical Geometry 5-6 (Title)
This course is is for juniors that have taken the previous two years of core mathematics classes.. the course will begin with a basic review of algebra needed for geometry and then basic geometry concepts will be studied such as angles, triangles, parallel lines, polygons, area and volume. This course does not meet the college admision requirement for geometry.
   Teacher - Mrs. Brown
Practical Geometry 5-6
This course is a basic geometry course including such topics as angles, triangles, parallel lines, polygons, area and volume. This course does not meet the college admision requirement for geometry. There is very little emphasis on formal proofs in this course.
Teachers - Mrs. Perry, Mr. Ashley, Mr. Coughlin, Mrs. Sternberg
Geometry 3-4
Students will study the relationships of lines, triangles, polygons, and parallel lines as  they relate to geometric figures. Area and volume of many shapes and figures will be discussed. Pythagorean Theorem, right triangles and basic trigonometry is also included in the course. Proofs will be emphasized.
Teachers -  Mr. Byrne,Mr. Coughlin,Mr. Patton, Mrs. Sanders,
Geometry 3-4(Honors)
